I think this was my favorite Doodles Project! The strange thing is I was actually going to do block printing with my girls this week. Eerie. All of us had a great time working on this project. The girls art was Amazing- Sydney I did not get a picture of your horse. How you escaped my camera is beyond me! I do need to get a snap of your cool horse, I love the way it looks like it is moving!
Josie carved Davis and rolled on every paint color. It turned out Great!! She took a lot of time lining them up just right and making sure she used all the colors. I love it Josie, I want to get this framed! Mary created a sweet print of her and her friend... it is darling, especially when you rolled it with the pink!
As we were working hard on our print blocks, Cris and Alexa came up and surprised us! It was good to see Cris and Alexa enjoying some time outside of the house! I am so glad you are feeling better Cris! Alexa, your panda print is adorable!
I am really going to miss going to the Doodle Programs they have amazing ideas and the girls that work the program are wonderful with the kids. We found out that they are not going to have Doodles again until October of 2010!!! Lisa and I are really sad about this. They are renovating the space in the museum, so therefore won't be having classes until it is finished. They say it is going to be worth the wait, but I like the small room and I don't want to wait that long for Doodles to return!!!I am kicking my feet and screaming now... got to go.
