Taking care of Gizmo

Josie was the lucky turkey whose name was drawn to take good care of Gizmo the Turtle for Thanksgiving. Lucky us. Gizmo came home to three Pups, a bird, a gerbil, frogs, two cats and chickens down the lane oh yea, and more Kitty's. Would he fit in?? Would we want him to? It turned out that Gizmo was a wonderful guest. He watched us has we fixed Thanksgiving dinner quietly, he did not bark, meow,chirp or have to exercise noisily at night. We did not have to clean up his poo,change his tank or play ball. We could leave our shoes out around him and he would not chew them up. Gizmo, I miss your little smile and how quiet and calm you were. The way you did not beg, sing loud,skreech, and jump was so mannerley. Could you help me out with the others, you know who I am talking about Gizmo. I miss you smiling and shaking your head while the others were partying it up. I miss your wise ways Gizmo. Is there an exchange program for school/home pets? Davis, Davey, Harley, Molly, Violet, Maddie, Kelly and the Gossip Girls (I know I am forgetting somebody)can come and visit CMEC while we take care of you Gizmo... I think school would do them all good, while you could be a home pet for a bit longer.....how does that sound Amanda??????
