What a wonderful picture of Joe and his Mom! At Christmastime, Joes Mom makes a big ole'pot of homemade Fettuccine! This is a really big deal - not only is it time consuming to make- you have to constantly stir for about an hour, but this is the only cooking that Mom likes to do, well maybe she doesnt LIKE to make it, but she loves us and knows that we love Her fettuccine!
